This album is referencing to  "Return to the 36 Chambers: The Dirty Version." 
Designed as a parody of a government-issued ID, with humorous details such as "The City of Brooklyn Zoo" as the issuing authority and "Of Mirty Bastard" as the artist's name. 
The card also includes a photo of ODB and a fictional birth date (LI-15-68).
