Shipping

Since we are a museum, please allow 3 days for shipping as many of our items come from our secured storage unit, museum archives, or art gallery. We appreciate your patience.

If using a CC/Debit Card, your shipping address MUST MATCH your bank billing address for the order to go through. If you use another address the order will be denied. You can use PayPal as your payment method to ship to a non-billing address.

We ship Monday - Friday.

 

Returns & Refunds

We are sorry but we can't offer returns or refunds as many objects are rare, limited edition, used, or one-of-a-kind. Thank you for understanding.

 

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Pricing

The museum is a non-profit with two brick-and-mortar locations and we use our revenue for our Grand Induction Ceremonies which honor the Legends of Hip-Hop, document their stories, hold free educational events, and purchase historical items. This means that we don't net any revenue or make a profit, all of our money goes right back into helping the Legends archive their career and musical legacy.

You will find that many of our items are not found elsewhere, one-of-a-kind or unique to our shop. We hope you can support us by finding items you enjoy, believe in, and will increase in value for your collection.
